A Ron Fogle Construction home will not be just like any other home. Our homes are built with the homeowner in mind, not just the builders' pocket book. In our homes, you will find the following differences that are included for a homeowner (just like you!):

• 2x6 blocking behind all bathroom towel bars and fixtures – make them more secure to the wall

• 2x12 headers over all exterior window and door openings – support the weight of the roof and reduces interior wall and ceiling cracks

• Use of Zip Wall System for exterior wall sheathing – this combines structural strength with a water proof barrier that eliminates any potential water or moisture penetration. Optional foam insulation board, which increases the energy efficiency of your home, is also shown.

• Structurally engineered steel lintels – provide solid support for rock and brick laid above the roof line.

• Decked and well-lit attic storage area – makes your attic space easier to use

• Walls above fireplaces are braced and wired – to accommodate a future flat screen t.v. Connections remain behind the wall until needed. Flexible conduit allows for wiring from DVD or cable box to connect to TV without being seen.

• Under-cabinet lighting in kitchen – provides improved kitchen work areas, highlighting work surfaces and creating a warm atmosphere

• Oversized fireplaces whenever possible – are deeper and wider and enhance the look of this focal point in your room

• 13 foot wide driveways and 35 foot turnarounds – allow plenty of space for larger vehicles and make for a wider drive leading to the street

• Interior switched, under-eave receptacles for Christmas lights – allows you to turn on your lights without venturing out into the cold

• Recessed Dryer Vent Box – installs in the wall behind the clothes dryer. It safely and efficiently stores the flex transition hose, allowing the dryer to be placed flush against the wall

• Custom Chimney Caps – provide a classic finished look to your chimney

• Aluminum Attic Access Ladders – provide extra strength and stability which makes attic access easier and safer

• Dual Phone and Cable Outlet Boxes – in each bedroom, accommodates varied furniture arrangements
