A Ron Fogle Construction home will not be just like any other home. Our homes are built with the homeowner in mind, not just the builders’ pocket book. In our homes, you will find the following differences that are included for a homeowner (just like you!):

• 2x12 headers over all exterior window and door openings – this supports the weight of the roof and reduces interior wall and ceiling cracks

• 2x6 blocking behind all bathroom towel bars and fixtures – this makes these fixtures more secure to the wall

• Under-cabinet lighting in kitchen – this provides improved kitchen work areas, highlighting your work surfaces and creating a warm atmosphere

• Generous use of oversized windows whenever possible – this provides added natural light, and the feeling of warmth and comfort to a room

• Tiled kitchen backsplashes – this provides an extra touch to the look of your room

• Use of Zip Wall System for exterior wall sheathing – this combines structural strength with a water proof barrier that eliminates any potential water or moisture penetration. Optimal foam insulation board, which increases the energy efficiency of your home, is also shown.

• Decked and well-lit attic storage area – this makes your attic space easier to use
