Pre-built homes offer the ability to move in quickly without going through a design and build process. You still get the advantage of owning a new home, with all new appliances, etc, and you can generally be in your new home in as little as 30 days.
We always try to keep an inventory of pre-built homes that are completed or in the final stages of completion. To view a current list of pre-built homes, look in the "What We Do: Current Projects" section.
